Opinion8 aims to ensure that your voice is heard in real-time, 24/7, in a secure environment free from hate speech and trolls.

How does Opinion8 work?
Opinion8 simplifies the process of expressing your views—each story is summarized with a brief description and a related question. There is no bias or confusing language; users simply agree, disagree, or remain undecided on each issue.

Real-time demographics
If you're curious about the sentiments of others regarding the same stories, Opinion8 provides real-time demographics for every topic on the platform. Users can see their opinions alongside those of others without compromising individual privacy.

Privacy considerations
Respecting user privacy is a top priority at Opinion8. Information shared cannot identify users, and there's no requirement to connect existing social media profiles. Users can create a basic anonymous profile for demographic insights, with the ability to delete it directly from the Home Screen with a single tap.

Hate speech and trolls
The design and interactive features of Opinion8 effectively prevent free-text hate speech and trolls from infiltrating discussions. This strategy successfully eliminates negative interactions often found in news and social media comment sections.

Additional features
